“We were supposed to check in Nov7 after lunch but since we arrived at HCMC Nov6 around 9pm , Irene was so kind to accommodate us into the house on Nov6 evening without asking for extra charge.Good thing the house was vacant that time.Upon arrival at the airport, we were met by taxis charging us around 2x what was charged to us by UBER. We were fetched by the UBER driver contacted by Irene and dropped us at the exact location of Irene's place. We could have been fooled by taxis but thank goodness Irene was so prompt in replying to viber messages . Irene arranged a van for all our tours. There was this incident during our CuChi tunnel tour where my shoes were ripped and I ask her where can i have it fixed. The next morning as early as 630am she sent someone to the house to get the shoes and have it repaired (free of charge) ....when I got home in the evening, the shoes were already repaired ...Over all, I find the host so accommodating, kind and can communicate well in English which is very important...Thanks Ms. Irene (The host of An Nhien Hotel Apartment)”
